Service Description
Every haircut begins with a thorough consultation, where we take the time to discuss your hair goals and what you'd like to achieve in your session—whether it's a simple trim or a complete restyle. We begin with a relaxing shampoo and conditioning treatment, complemented by a rejuvenating scalp massage (a client favorite!). From there, we move into the haircut and finish with a professional blow-dry and style. Once styled, I’ll assess the final look to ensure everything is perfect, making any finishing touches needed so you leave feeling confident and refreshed.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens—we understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure any future bookings. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your rescheduled service. Please note: If you reschedule or cancel your appointment without providing the required 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
