At JSP Salon & Co, we value our customers and aim to provide a satisfactory shopping experience. We encourage customers to make informed decisions as we do not offer refunds for changes of mind.
However, we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise, and we will offer a refund, exchange, or credit under the following circumstances:

Faulty Product: If the product is found to be faulty upon inspection.

Significant Discrepancy: If the product received is significantly different from what was shown or described to you at the time of purchase.

Unfitness for Purpose: If the product does not meet the purpose for which it was intended, as communicated to us before the purchase.
Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

Hygiene-sensitive Items: Items such as wigs, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, brushes, hair accessories, hair extensions, colors, bleaches, and peroxides are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
If you need to return an item, please ensure it meets the criteria outlined above. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, except for PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip Pay payments, which will be refunded in cash or applied to your Credit or Debit card.
